Discover It Home Inspections is led by Bill Bitz, a full time home inspector since 2005. After working many years for other inspection companies, Bill launched Discover It Home Inspections and utilized his prior experience as an employee to create an inspection company that has been highly sought after since it’s launch. Unlike many other inspection companies, we are busy year round!

Job Requirements:
- Maryland Home Inspector License (or ability to pass certification exam)
- Professional and personable, with a genuine interest to educate homebuyers
- Detail oriented, with strong written and verbal skills
- Tech abilities include utilizing a tablet, ipad, online scheduling system, scanner
- Physically capable to walk roofs, enter crawlspaces, and walk through attics
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance
